Privacy policy
Effective 13 October 2026. Moonleap is made by Darko Jovanovski, an independent developer based in North Macedonia ("we").
Data on your device
Everything you enter is saved in the app's private storage on your iPhone. We never receive it. It is included in your own iCloud or computer backup if you have backups turned on, under Apple's terms.
Photos
You pick photos with Apple's photo picker, which gives the app only the photos you choose; the app never asks for access to your library. Photos are resized and re-saved, which removes location data, and they stay on your iPhone.
Notifications
Leap reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Calendar
"Add leaps to my calendar" creates a calendar file that you choose to open. The app does not read your calendar.
Purchases
Moonleap Plus is sold through Apple. Apple processes payment; we never see your payment details or Apple ID. The app checks your purchase on the device with StoreKit.
Children
Moonleap is for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children and does not collect information from them.
Deleting your data
In the app, Settings → Delete all data removes everything. Deleting the app does too.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have a question, write to us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If the app ever starts collecting data, we will say so here and in the App Store privacy label before it does.
